STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


  2. Payment Terms: Invoices are payable within 21 working days unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur 10% interest, and services may be suspended until payment is received.

  3. Debt Recovery: If payment is overdue by more than 60 days, Hibavibe may engage a debt recovery service. All associated costs are payable by the client.

  4. Withholding Taxes: Any withholding taxes required by local law are the responsibility of the client. Invoice amounts must be paid in full.

  5. Service Commitment: Hibavibe will provide services promptly, but is not obligated to guarantee specific results.

  6. Claims: Any claims must be notified in writing within 8 days of delivery of goods or services.

  7. Governing Law: All contracts are governed exclusively by Pakistan law.
